Britain’s new royal couple, the Duke and Duchess of York, arrived in the Netherlands today on their first official engagement abroad. Prince Andrew and the former Sarah Ferguson will attend a ceremony conducted by Queen Beatrix to mark completion of one of the world’s biggest flood prevention projects.
