Glendora : Accelerated Courses Offered

Share

Citrus College has begun a program of accelerated classes designed for students who want to complete the academic semester, normally 18 weeks, in eight weeks of concentrated study.

The first short-term courses, covering about 20 subjects, will begin Oct. 27 and will end Dec. 19. Most will be two- and three-hour classes that will meet several times a week, for which students can earn from one to three units of college credit.

The offerings will include academic subjects and community education classes, for which registration and fees are required, and free non-credit classes in health care, parent education, self-defense and senior citizen programs.
