Yugoslavia has released a third American who had been held on charges of hostile political activity, the State Department said. Two other men, jailed on similar charges, were freed earlier after members of Congress had threatened retaliation against Yugoslav trade. The third man freed was identified as Gradimir Hadzic of Los Angeles. He and Veroljub Radivojevic, of Thousand Oaks, Calif., were reported arrested in September while on vacation in Yugoslavia and charged with distribution of hostile propaganda. Also freed was Peter Ivezaj, a Detroit school system employee.
