Open House at Mission Viejo’s Rainbow Ridge

Mission Viejo Co. will stage an open house today at Rainbow Ridge, its new Mission Viejo condominium neighborhood at 27811 Hazel St.

The project is currently offering 48 in a total of 312 units, with prices ranging from $78,500 to $121,500, plus a $92 homeowners’ monthly fee.

Four floor plans are available measuring from 840 to 1,308 square feet in single-level and two-story configurations, with wood-burning fireplaces in all plans, decks, attached garages with direct home access, lofts and private yards.

The project was designed to accommodate a variety of life-styles, from a one-bedroom, one-bath plan with study, separate dining room and living areas to a two-bedroom design with three full baths plus den, living and dining rooms.

Rainbow Ridge residents have access to four Mission Viejo community-wide recreation centers that include tennis and racquetball courts, gym facilities, pools and spas, in addition to a nearby golf course.

Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
