Single-Family Houses Open in Chino Hills

Phase 1 of Marlborough Country, 21 in a total of 142 single-family homes, opens today in the master-planned community of Rolling Ridge in Chino Hills.
A project of Marlborough Development Corp., Marlborough Country homes feature three or four bedrooms, two or three baths, wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and ceramic tile entries in 1,442 to 2,006 square feet of space.
Phase 1 prices range from $135,990 to $157,990, and first move-ins are expected to begin in December.
Designed by the architectural firm of Stoffregen Gouvis & Associates, the homes are available in one- or two-story floor plans. Normal Colburt designed the models.
Four furnished models and a sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Ridgefield Drive off Olympic View Drive, reached from the Peyton Drive exit of California 71 (the Corona Expressway).
