Meter Tender Held in Policeman’s Death

TRENTON, N.J. —
A parking meter attendant accused in the shooting death of her former boyfriend, an off-duty police officer, was being held without bail Sunday, police said.
Melvina McClain, 46, of Trenton, was arrested at the bar where she allegedly shot Detective Louis Glenn, 37, on Saturday night. She was charged with homicide, possession of a firearm for unlawful use and unlawful possession of a firearm.
