“The Music Box.” Hal Roach. $19.95. In the Oscar-winning 1932 classic short, directed by James Parrott, Laurel and Hardy are two hapless furniture movers trying to haul a player piano up a steep hillside staircase (in what appears to be Silver Lake). It’s still very funny--but this is the “colorized” version, and the blotchy colors (which look something like a faded old rotogravure section that’s had water spilled on it) only tend to slow down the slapstick. The 50-minute tape also includes another short by the duo, “Helpmates.” Information: (213) 850-0525. Rating with color on: 1/2. With color off: 1/2
