Ted J. Cotti has been named vice president of human resources development for Carter Hawley Hale Stores.
Cotti, 49, has been director of Carter Hawley Hale’s Center for Education since April. He joined Carter Hawley Hale in January after 24 years with IBM Corp.
Cotti will continue to be responsible for the Center for Education and will also handle corporate training and executive recruitment and placement. He will report to Executive Vice President Loyd E. Ellis.
