Early Detonation Kills Shopping Center Bomber

SANTIAGO, Chile —
A man planting a bomb in a shopping center bookstore was killed when the charge exploded early, and three other people were injured, Chile’s official news agency said Tuesday. It said that a second bomb left in the same shopping center late Monday damaged a bank but caused no injury.
