Warsaw Pact Talks End

BUCHAREST, Romania —
Warsaw Pact foreign ministers concluded their two-day meeting Wednesday after hearing Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard A. Shevardnadze brief them on the Iceland summit. The Romanian news agency Agerpres reported that the seven foreign ministers left for home and made no mention of any communiques.
