Enrile’s Moves in Philippines
Your editorial should have carried the headline “Enrile Must Make a Move.” Yes, it is time for the minister to move on, that is, out of the Cabinet and into private life. However, if he is so professionally inclined, he should head a political party and challenge the current administration, the political process and not in a “military strategy.”
As a minister, his allegiance is to the country and the president of the Philippines, Cory Aquino.
