Wilson Keynotes Building Industry Assn. Convention

Sen. Pete Wilson (R-Calif.) will give the keynote address during the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California’s “Build Expo ‘86,” the organization’s 20th annual convention Wednesday through Sunday at the San Diego Mission Bay Hilton Hotel.

Wilson will discuss the effects of the new tax legislation and review the present state of the economy and the future of the building industry in Southern California. His talk will be given during the convention’s opening luncheon Thursday.

A trade show exhibiting state-of-the-art building materials and techniques and a variety of seminars, including one on sales and marketing, are also planned.
