Argentine President Wraps Up Visit to Cuba

HAVANA —
Argentine President Raul Alfonsin left Cuba on Sunday after a 20-hour visit to Havana during which he held discussions with Cuban President Fidel Castro on the international debt crisis, Central America and other issues.
Alfonsin’s trip to Cuba, the last scheduled stop on a tour that also took him to Spain, France and the Soviet Union, was the first by an Argentine head of state.
