An airline coupon broker sued three airlines.

Eric Fuller, the 25-year-old owner of the Coupon Bank and Premier Travel in San Diego, sued United, American and Trans World airlines in federal court, alleging antitrust violations. He claimed that the companies are trying to prevent him from conducting business. The three airlines earlier this year sued Fuller, contending that he illegally buys and sells the discount frequent-flyer air travel coupons. That lawsuit is still pending.
