A group of investors led by President and Chief Executive Robert Tatum has purchased Vitarel Microelectronics, a hybrid circuitry manufacturer, from Vitaron N.V. of Holland. Vitarel will continue to manufacture pacemaker electronics for Vitaron and manufacture circuitry for the U.S. defense industry.
