Narcotics agents raided a town house in a San Francisco suburb and found 187 two-pound packages of Colombian cocaine, each bearing the picture of Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi. “At this point, we do not know of any significance in the picture of Kadafi,” Foster City Police Chief Bob Norman said. The source of the cocaine was Colombia, and about 15 people, all believed to be Colombians, were arrested, he said. Norman said the cache of narcotics, with an estimated street value of $30 million, was found in the the Foster City home of Luis Martines Megia, 21, and Ruth Osorio, 41, believed to be Colombian nationals.
