Citicorp Vice Chairman James D. Farley will be given new responsibilities for “special board-level representation” of the New York banking giant on the West Coast, the company said. Farley will operate from offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles and will be responsible for senior-level contact with Citicorp businesses in 16 Western states. He will also visit Pacific Rim nations, Citicorp said.
