Woman Shoots Husband, Two Daughters to Death

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A woman who had been under psychiatric care shot to death her husband and two daughters and injured a third daughter in their home early Wednesday, then surrendered at a nearby police station. An officer said there was “a history of violence in the home.”
