PLAUDITS: The Bel-Air Council, Navy League of the United States presented the Theodore Roosevelt Award to four this week at a Beverly Hills Pops Orchestra concert at the Beverly Hilton. Recipients were Margaret Martin Brock, Dr. Howard P., House, Dr. William F. House and George C. Page.
