Miami police officers who resold stolen drugs made at least $700,000 each, the government’s star witness said in the federal trial of seven officers. The officers are accused of participating in a drug-theft ring responsible for four deaths and the sale of $15 million in cocaine. Under examination by prosecutors, Armando Un said he and fellow dealer Luis Rodriguez calculated that the officers had received $700,000 each. Rodriguez was later found murdered and three officers are accused of conspiring to set up the slaying.
