Briar Oaks, a 210-unit condominium development by Sandling Homes of Irvine, opens today on a gate-guarded site in Stanton.

The first phase of two- or three-bedroom units features 35 single-level condominiums in four floor plans with 950 to 1,247 square feet, priced from $89,990 to $113,000. First move-ins are scheduled for January; the monthly association fee is $89.

Available financing includes conventional mortgages, VA, FHA and special city of Stanton bond financing with low interest rates for qualified first-time and moderate-income buyers.

Standard features include individual entries, space for side-by-side washers and dryers, two bathrooms, dual master suites in one plan, ceramic tile countertops and oak kitchen cabinets, air conditioning and direct access to individual garages in some plans.

Four models decorated by Pamela Bates Interior Design and a sales office staffed by Builders Sales Corp. are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 10456-B Briar Oaks Drive, near Beach Boulevard and Cerritos Avenue.
