Former Detroit Tiger star Norm Cash was legally intoxicated when he fell from a boat dock, and his Oct. 11 death has been ruled an accidental drowning, Charlevoix (Mich.) County Sheriff George Lasater said.

An autopsy showed that Cash, 52, had a blood alcohol level of 0.18%, Lasater said. In Michigan, a person with a level of 0.10% or more is considered legally intoxicated.
