Actress Mariette Hartley was named Friday as co-host of the 90-minute entertainment portion of the three-hour show that will replace the “CBS Morning News” in January.
CBS said that comedian Bob Saget will be part of the 7:30-9 a.m. program, tentatively called “The Breakfast Show.” A 6-7:30 a.m. news program produced by CBS News will precede “The Breakfast Show.” No format has been announced yet for that portion.
