Tambo Arrives in Moscow

Oliver Tambo, leader of South Africa’s outlawed, anti-apartheid African National Congress, has arrived in Moscow to attend ceremonies this week marking the anniversary of the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution, the official news agency Tass reported Monday.
