3 Seized as Spy Suspects

KARLSRUHE, West Germany —
Three West Germans have been arrested on suspicion of spying for Communist East Germany, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office reported Tuesday. A spokesman said one of the suspects, who were all businessmen, had been working for the East German Ministry of State Security since early 1985 and had recruited the other two.
