Dun’s Business Month, a magazine geared to top executives of major corporations, will be sold by Dun & Bradstreet Corp. to the Goldhirsh Group of Boston, the two publishers said Friday.

Terms were not disclosed.

Last month, the 21 other magazines owned by Dun & Bradstreet’s Technical Publishing Co., including Datamation, were sold to Cahners Publishing Co. of Newton, Mass., a subsidiary of Reed International of London.

Goldhirsh already publishes Inc. magazine, which is for owners and managers of small and mid-size companies. Goldhirsh said the two magazines will continue to be published separately.
