Climber Killed on Mt. Etna

CATANIA, Sicily —
A 20-year old man fell to his death on the slopes of the Mt. Etna volcano Monday after the ground gave way beneath his feet, rescue workers said. They said Vincenzo Monti, of Palermo, had climbed up Etna with friends to take a close look at the volcano, which has been erupting over the last week.
