Sites Sought for ‘A Night in Fullerton’
The City of Fullerton is now accepting applications from art galleries, theater companies and music groups interested in becoming one of the official sites for next year’s “A Night in Fullerton” extravaganza.
The annual event, scheduled for April 27, is the city’s way of celebrating the arts. Music, art, drama and dance programs will be held at different sites throughout Fullerton. Free bus transportation will be provided to each location, and street performers will entertain theater-goers walking to performances.
Groups interested in applying for a festival site must be located within the city and offer year-round programs in visual or performing arts. Site selections will be announced in early December. Applications must be returned to the Community Services Department by 5 p.m. Friday at 303 W. Commonwealth Ave. For more information, call Joe Felz at (714) 738-6589.
