Piedmont Co. Breaks Ground for Center

Piedmont Development Co., Santa Monica, has broken ground on the first phase of the $75-million Agoura Hills Business Center at Agoura Road and Reyes Adobe Road.
The 30-acre mixed-use development will include a 300-room Ramada hotel together with about 285.000 square feet of professional offices, restaurants and retail stores. The first two office buildings and the hotel are scheduled to open in the fall off 1987.
