Work Started on Office Building in Sherman Oaks

Construction has begun on a $12-million, four-story office building in Sherman Oaks, designed by Associated Architects & Planners of Los Angeles.

Located at 15165 Ventura Blvd., the 60,000-square-foot building is a development of Pacific Associates, a joint venture of the Lewis Co. and Oltmans Investment Co. of Los Angeles, along with Financial Group (Bankers Life Co.) of Des Moines, Iowa. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is handling leasing.
