It may be hopelessly late to pick up the pieces of our Administration’s covert arms for hostages diplomacy.

What a ransom our President has paid to terrorists if we see the tide of history turned to Iran as the new dominant power in the Persian Gulf?

As we observed this Armistice Day, it was ironic that our own government may have unleashed a renewed holy war by the worst of all terrorists, the Ayatollah Khomeini.

The latest “Arms to Iran Plot” and 3-year prison sentence of an Iranian immigrant reported in The Times (Nov. 11) pales in comparison to the actions of the President’s White House aides.
