Microsemi Corp. of Santa Ana said it has completed its $1.5-million acquisition of the Power Transistor Components unit of Allen-Bradley Co., a subsidiary of Rockwell International Corp.

Microsemi, a supplier of electronic components for the aerospace, medical, communications and computer markets, said it purchased Power Transistor Components’ operating assets and that the unit will remain at its 30,000-square-foot plant in Torrance.
