La Jolla Village Galleria Completed
La Jolla Village Galleria, a $2.25-million structure that includes retail, office and residential units has opened at Pearl Street and Fay Avenue.
Jim Dromgoole, of Asset Development Co., developer, said that the project is one of the first to comply with La Jolla’s new commercial area planned district ordinance. The project includes five two-story apartments adjacent to residences along Fay.
