Bomb Explodes Near Melbourne Consulate

MELBOURNE, Australia —
A car bomb exploded outside the Turkish Consulate on Sunday, killing a suspect in the attack, and a group calling itself the Greek-Bulgarian-Armenian Front claimed responsibility.
Assistant Commissioner of Crime Matters Paul Delanus said he believes the person killed was standing alongside the car, possibly just after planting the bomb, when it exploded about 2:15 a.m.
