Mubarak, Israeli Meet

CAIRO — Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and his oil minister, Abdel-Hadi Kandil, conferred with Israeli Energy Minister Moshe Shahal on Monday, Egypt’s official Middle East News Agency said. An Israeli Embassy spokesman said earlier that Shahal arrived in Cairo on Sunday night for talks on Israel’s 1987 imports of Egyptian crude oil and other energy-related subjects.
