Peru Candle Factory Blast Hurts Two, Ignites Fire

LIMA, Peru —
A short circuit caused chemicals to explode on the second floor of a wax and candle factory, sparking a fire that injured two workers and caused more than $400,000 in damage, officials said Tuesday.
