NMR Centers Inc. said it has named E. Larry Atkins as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Before joining the Newport Beach-based operator of out-patient medical diagnostic centers, Atkins was president and chief operating officer of AMI Diagnostic Services Inc., a unit of Beverly Hills-based American Medical International.
