A burglar smashed a window and took $200 worth of merchandise from the shop of Prentice Rasheed, whose wire-mesh booby trap electrocuted a would-be burglar less than two months ago, police in Miami said. A Dade County grand jury last month refused to indict Rasheed on manslaughter charges in the electrocution of Odell Hicks, 26. Rasheed, whose variety shop had been robbed eight times earlier, was featured on several national television shows as an example of a frustrated crime victim who was fighting back.
