In the Nov. 16 article about General Motors’ closing of its Norwood, Ohio, assembly plant, it was reported that the owner of a local coffee shop had been boycotted because she had purchased a new Volvo. This was unfortunate. If the workers, union leaders and GM managers had driven her Volvo and even visited the Volvo factory in Sweden, they might have learned something, and all of their jobs would be secure today.
