Chip Manufacturer Signs 10-Year Lease

A 10-year, $9-million lease with equity of ownership has been approved by Henry Segerstrom, owner of a two-story corporate office facility at 14511 Myford Road, Tustin, and Silicon Systems, a silicon chip manufacturer at 14351 Myford Road.

Negotiations for the 81,700 square feet of office space were conducted through the Newport Beach brokerage offices of Iliff, Thorn & Co.
