A federal judge in Hawaii ruled that several companies--including Trafalgar Holdings, headed by former Financial Corp. of America Chairman Knapp--violated disclosure rules and made misleading statements in their hostile move to take over a Hawaiian real estate and resort development concern known as Princeville Development. Also criticized was Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy & Gardner, a Los Angeles investment brokerage. A Trafalgar spokesman said the judge’s findings were “totally and blatantly untrue.” Officials at Morgan, Olmstead could not be reached for comment.
