Donut Inn of Woodland Hills appointed Margaret Ferran as director of franchise sales and Susanne Ramirez as director of marketing. Both of the positions are newly created.
Ferran, 50, was previously an administrative assistant to U.S. Rep. Bobbi Fiedler. Ramirez, 29, was a senior account executive with Eastman Advertising in Van Nuys, handling the Donut Inn account, among others.
Donut Inn, which has 20 shops in Southern California, sells doughnuts, pastries, cookies and muffins.
