El Segundo-based Wyle Laboratories reported a 23% increase in revenue and a 14% rise in profit for the third quarter and first nine months, respectively, of the current fiscal year, compared to the same period last year. Contributing to the gains was the firm’s Electronics Marketing Group, which posted a 17% rise in revenue and a 14% increase in profit for the third quarter. Revenue from both Computer Systems and Application Specific Integrated Circuits again reached record levels, the firm said. Computer Systems shipments exceeded the previous quarter by 21%, a spokesman added.
