Dr. Lee Ha Woo, secretary-general of the Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee has resigned for personal reasons and will be replaced by Kim Ok Jin, an SLOOC spokesman announced.

The U.S.-educated Lee, 48, was appointed to the post July 5, 1985. Although no details were given for his resignation, it is known that Lee was at odds with SLOOC President Park Seh Jik since Park took over the committee May 7.
