Michael George, Edward Deeb and Alfred R. Willinger have been elected to the board of directors of First American Capital Bank in Laguna Beach, replacing directors who resigned to pursue other business interests.
George, 53, of Hancock Park is president of William E. Doud Inc., a real estate broker in Los Angeles and Orange counties. He also is the brother of Ernest George, First American’s chairman. He replaced David Thompson, a Covina dentist.
Willinger, 58, of Crystal Cove owns A.R. Willinger Co. Inc., a Newport Beach construction firm. He replaced Joyce DeVita of Beverly Hills.
Deeb, 59, of Toluca Lake is a dentist in Newport Beach and Encino and president of Deeb Investments and Deeb West Realty in Newport Beach. He replaced Norman Savage, president of Corporate Realty in Irvine.
