Reagan and the Unfolding Iran-Contra Story

The latest news is that the President “was not fully informed” about his Administration’s current foreign policy mess. I am not surprised. If this statement is not true, Reagan is a liar. If it is, he is a fool. Either way his credibility is shot and his image is irrevocably tarnished.
Since image is all the President has ever had to offer, the question is how anyone can continue to consider him fit to govern.
