A California teen-ager who survived a plane crash that killed her parents and four other people was identified as Annabelle Keesee, 13, of Stockton. Authorities said the girl, who was found in the wreckage of a six-passenger Cessna 206 that crashed into a cloud-covered mountainside Saturday night, was in fair condition at Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, where she is to undergo surgery for fractured vertabrae in her middle back today. Two of the bodies recovered from the crash site have been identified as the girl’s parents, Michael Keesee, 35, and Consuelo Keesee, 34. Coroner’s officials said identities of the other four victims should be established today. Airport officials said the plane apparently ran out of fuel.
