Danish Prisoners Escape

SILKEBORG, Denmark —
Three men escaped from a prison in Silkeborg in western Denmark after digging through the wall of their cell, apparently using spoons, a police spokesman said Monday. The men slid down knotted sheets from the window and found a ladder to climb an outside wall before fleeing. The three are separately accused of attempted murder, rape and forgery.
