Local News in Brief : Tarzana Woman Held in Slaying of Husband
A33-year-old insurance company secretary was arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting death of her husband in the couple’s Tarzana home, police said.
When police responded to a call Wednesday morning from the victim’s wife, they found the body of 32-year-old computer consultant Noray Ozerson inside his house in the 5400 block of Geyser Avenue, Detective Larry Doley said..
Doley said Elizabeth Ozerson had reported the slaying from a neighbor’s house. She told police she had run to the neighbor’s home to escape an intruder.
After questioning her and examining evidence at the home, police took her into custody.
Ozerson, who will be arraigned Monday in Van Nuys Municipal Court, is being held without bail at the Van Nuys Jail, Doley said.
