Nakasone to Tour Europe

TOKYO — Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone plans to become the first Japanese premier to make official visits to East Germany, Finland, Poland and Yugoslavia beginning around Jan. 10, the newspaper Yomiuri said Thursday.
